#723 Ewe with Lambs The flock of sheep at Mission Ranch in Carmel, CA is famous. People go to eat at the restaurant and enjoy watching the sheep graze in the field below. Many artists are attracted to paint them too and I love going there to paint. I was surprised on my visit this time to see the baby lambs following their mothers. So cute and they came very close to the fence so I was able to get some good photographs! This was painted later in my studio. The second photo shows how this painting might look framed.
