Media: Pastel mat glued to mat board

#899 Golden Rocks This was an experiment to compare to Wave Series #2. In #2 I did a watercolor under painting before applying the pastel. In this one, #3, I applied a thin layer of pastel then washed it with 70% rubbing alcohol to set the under painting. I like both techniques.
