#735 Paper Lanterns in Pacific Grove Each year the town of Pacific Grove, CA hosts a Festival of Lanterns celebrating the founding of the town. All the town is decorated with paper lanterns and it is so festive and fun. I caught these two ladies walking under one of the trees decorated with lanterns. Created with PanPastels on sanded pastel paper. Second photo shows how this painting might look framed.
