#736 Porch Lanterns Each year the town of Pacific Grove, CA hosts a Festival of Lanterns celebrating the founding of the town. All the town is decorated with paper lanterns and it is so festive and fun. This Victorian house on Lighthouse Drive was decorated with lots of lanterns. Created with PanPastels on Art Spectrum Sanded Pastel paper. Second photo shows how this pastel might look framed.
