#316 Pacific Grove Sunset Rocks 3 My friend and I were watching the sunset at Lovers Point in Pacific Grove (near Monterey, CA) when we were amazed by the magnificent colors on the water, sky and rocks. The blues, pinks, violets and magentas were vivid. I had to paint from my photos later. This one is the 3rd in my series of paintings of this scene. The second photo shows how this painting might look framed.
